Feta Cucumber Salad

Last night I discovered something –I like cucumbers. Who knew? I had gone to Central Market for the Hail to the Cheese Festival, and they had samples of this delectable salad. My mother couldn’t stop going back for seconds, and thirds, and fourths so I picked up the recipe on the way out. The original recipe calls for Marston’s salad dressing. I am unsure if anyone else carries it besides Central Market, but any oil and vinegar based dressing should do the trick. It’s simple to make and super healthy. Enjoy!
